Empowering Women. Mentoring Leaders. Supporting Growth.
At Women in Safari Excellence (WISE), we believe in the power of women within the safari and ecotourism industries. Our organisation is founded by and for women who share a passion for conservation, sustainable tourism and female development within the industry. With a strong commitment to supporting, developing, and empowering women professionals, we are dedicated to fostering excellence within these dynamic fields.
WISE is a newly established non-profit company that recognises the incredible contributions women make in the safari and eco-tourism sectors. Our community is built on the principles of unity, support, and empowerment. We aim to provide a safe haven where women can come together to share their experiences, knowledge, and aspirations.
We are here to offer unwavering support to women at every stage of their careers in safari guiding and eco-tourism. We understand the unique challenges women face in these industries, and we’re committed to providing a network of support that helps overcome those challenges.
WISE serves as a platform for skill sharing and development. Our members have the opportunity to learn from one another, exchange expertise, and enhance their professional skills through workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects.
Guiding the next generation of women leaders is central to our mission. Our mentors are experienced professionals eager to assist aspiring individuals, fostering personal and professional growth through guidance, advice, and shared experiences.
We believe in the power of knowledge. Through forums, events, and discussions, we facilitate the exchange of ideas and insights that contribute to the advancement of our members and the industries they represent.
